Our Registered Office is in Delhi (India) , 1 Branch office is in Candolim, Goa (India) and have representations all over India through our agent & associate network, who work with us for their booking. Although all your transactions are secured with us, even then you feel that you would like to deal with our local representative; you can choose to do so. Contact our travel consultant to know more.
We are a registered Travel Management company headquartered at Delhi, India. We are associated with various reputed Travel Forums in India including ADTOI. We are also registered with Goa Tourism. All these associations certify our Authenticity. All the transactions with us are done on Company bank account. So the transactions are safe with us. You will get receipts of all the payments made to us. We have long list of satisfied customers across India, who have trusted us in making their booking. If booking made before 15 days then Minimum 25% of Land Package cost & if air/railway/cruise/bus tickets is included then 100% of transportation and 25% of Land Package is minimum required at the time of booking. Please ask our travel consultant before booking.
Yes you can pay booking amount at hotel or arrival but minimum 75% of booking amount you have to pay before your trip starts. It is also depends on payment policy of hotel. Please ask our travel consultant before booking.
We are sure that we can beat any quotation in the market. We have made good relationship with hotels and other activities vendors in Goa, which ensures that we always get best price for holiday packages. We are not a reseller. We do not sell other agents Holiday Packages. If you find cheaper holiday package than what is quoted by our travel consultant. Send us the source of quotation (if available online)/quotation mail from other travel agent. We will provide you the better priced holiday package.
We provide end to end travel services in Goa. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (Online), Internet Banking, Cash/Cheque Deposit in our bank account. We also offer Cash/Cheque collection from Home at select cities in India. For Details, contact our travel consultant.

Post Booking Queries ?

After you pay the Advance booking amount, our operations team will make all the bookings on your behalf. Once we receive the confirmation from Hotel/service provider, we will send you the confirmation voucher through email. All the documents will be sent through E-Mail. In some cases, flight tickets may be sent 2 days prior to departure.

Valid Government id proofs i.e Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter Id Card. In child case sometime school id will work(ask our travel consultant before any booking) & in Infant case Birth certificate is minimum required for flight boarding. For more detail you can check with our Travel consultant
After Booking, your travel details is handed over to our Operations team, which make all the bookings on your behalf. You can either contact our Travel Consultant or Operations team for any post-booking queries.
For amendments, contact our operations team. All the amendments will be entertained only in writing through e-mail. Please check with operations team on amendment charges.
We do understand that sometime plan changes. You can contact our operations team to cancel the booking. All the cancellation requests shall be in writing through e-mail. Cancellations would be made as per the cancellation policy.

During Travel Queries ?

You may required to carry the printout(sometime in mobile vouchers also work) of Tickets (air/rail), Hotel Voucher & Service Voucher as sent by our travel consultant. All the guests are advised to carry a valid Photo ID Proof during the travel; it will be required at Airport & Hotel at the time of check-in. For complete list of documents, check the mail sent by our Travel consultant.
On the service voucher, check for Transportation department contact number or emergency contact Numbers. If you are facing any problem during the travel they will be your first point of contact (24x7). If the issue is not resolved or you are unsatisfied with the response, you can contact our operations team or emergency contact number mentioned on the service voucher
If you are unsatisfied with the services of any our service provider, contact our local representative (contact number mentioned on service voucher). You can also call our operations team to bring this to our notice. We will take up the issue with the service provider.
